12 Kinky UK Hotels For A Sexy Getaway
The Crazy Bear Hotel, Beaconsfield, Bucks
Wycombe End, Beaconsfield HP9 1LX
One of two hotels operated by this group (see below), the Crazy Bear Hotel in Beaconsfield was opened in 2008 and has been listed by Conde Naste as one of the best new hotels in the world.
Located in a unique and fully refurbished, fifteenth century coaching house (one of the oldest buildings in the area), the hotel is a dramatic statement all of its own.
From the stunning entrance lobby with grand crystal chandeliers, sweeping staircase and huge stuffed animals to the individual suites and hotel rooms, this is a magical and decadent wonderland.
The hotel has two restaurants on site, one specializing in classic English fayre whilst the other offering sumptuous Thai delights. Both offer fine dining experiences and are memorable enough on their own without the inclusion of the fabulous (but eccentric) bar and heated outdoor terrace.
The latter is reminiscent of a Middle-Eastern souk with seating around a tiled ornamental pool and covered with Bedouin style awnings.
All very excited and certainly guaranteed to thrill guests but it’s the bedrooms that elevate this quirky and opulent destination to something truly sexy.
Offering a choice of individually designed suites from Tiny or Junior to Deluxe or Superior, each room is fitted with the most incredible decorations.
At the heart of each suite is the bed and every effort has been made to make these the sexiest and most comfortable stays of your life. From luxury bedding and designer surroundings, they ooze kinkiness yet refinement.
Most include an en-suite wet room whilst others have slipper baths as well.
The Crazy Bear Hotel in Beaconsfield is a truly unique and exceptionally sexy place to take your partner for a getaway. There are few other places in the UK where you’re likely to feel more liberated.
Prices start at around £220 per night for the Tiny Room and go up to £549 per night for one of the luxury suites. Not cheap but definitely an experience that will live long in the memory way after you’ve come home.

The Erotic Boudoir, Brighton
The first of two choices for us on the UK’s south coast, the Erotic Boudoir is located in the country’s LGBTQ+ capital city; Brighton.
Known for its liberated locals and where alternative sex, sexualities and genders are embraced, it’s little surprised to find this kinky little bolthole.
The Erotic Boudoir is centrally located in the city (address suppled for confirmed bookings only) and offers guests exclusive use of a luxury apartment kitted out with full BDSM play equipment.
Let’s start in the Boudoir itself where you’ll find a metal-framed bed complete with black silk sheets, deep red drapery and lush golden mouldings framing a ceiling mounted mirror.
The gold padded satin headboard is soft enough to take some of the edge off the rough stuff but those metal bars are perfect for handcuffs, silk ties or ropes.
Next up we have The Dungeon, a perfectly appointed BDSM play space which comes with some great equipment, furniture and toys. From gas masks, hoods and cuffs to floggers, nipple clamps and anal hooks its all here to be played with.
Seasoned pros can have access to additional equipment which includes milking machines, E-Stim kits and violet wands.
Specialist players will squeal with delight when they see the Medical Room, a sterile play area with gleaming tiles, antique metal cupboards and a genuine treatment chair. Perfect for all manner of crazy scientist or doctors and nurses roleplay, the room comes with plenty of toys and accessories.
Last, but by no means least, we have the Naughty Cell; an extra special little ‘hole’ reserved for naughty guests only.
With a cold stone floor and a steel bar door it’s perfect for interrogation games or punishment.
The Erotic Boudoir is a special kind of sexy hotel and isn’t for everyone but if you love kinky games, fetish sex and roleplay then it could be the perfect getaway for you.
Costs start from £180 per night (weekdays) and £495 for a full three-night weekend break. Check the website for more details and to make your booking.

Oxford Castle, 3 New Rd, Oxford OX1 1AY
The Malmaison group are known for selecting quirky locations and for their unique stylings but none of their venues are more eccentric than their Oxford hotel.
Oxford Castle itself is a stunning building, partially destroyed in the English Civil War but converted into a local prison in the 18th century.
And, until 1996, part of the castle complex was still very much a working prison
So, when HM Prison Service sold it off 25 years ago, Malmaison jumped at the chance to preserve its history in order to offer their guests a truly unique and remarkable stay.
Yes, this boutique hotel chain has converted the 90+ cells into guest rooms, some retaining the original features from this house of correction.
So, if you want to take a kinky getaway to a luxury jail then the Malmaison Oxford can offer Standard or Club Cell Rooms.
All accessible from the imposing and austere central hallway, these rooms are all well-appointed and comfortable but there’s no getting away from the fact that these were once prison cells.
For those guests who need something a little larger then there is a choice of more modern and spacious suites. But, for us, there is something a little kinky about a sexy weekend away in a jail.
The Secret Dungeon, High Wycombe
A dungeon wouldn’t be secret if everyone knew where it was so the address to this next hotel is kept under wraps.
Located somewhere in the Chiltern Hills, near High Wycombe, this self-contained boutique B&B offers guests a place to stay and a place to play.
Ideal for BDSM fetishists, the dungeon has been used in plenty of kinky photo shoots and adult films. Well equipped with a comprehensive collection of furniture, toys and accessories its an authentic S&M dream come true.
Fully air-conditioned, the equipment on hand includes:
- Throne Chair
- St. Andrew’s Cross
- Gyno Chair
- Sin Bin
- Mantis Chair
- Hoists and Swings
- Scorpion Bench
- Fucking Machines
Decorated with stone clad walls and with low mood lighting, red leather and black accessories this is safe place to play with professional grade equipment.
As well as the dungeon space, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in their own four-poster bed complete with mirrored ceiling.
The space also comes with a modern kitchen area as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
The Secret Dungeon sleeps up to four people and even includes a private patio area with an outdoor hot tub.
Prices start from £240 per night (Sun-Thu) and from £290 (Fri-Sat) and are based on two people sharing; extra guests are charged at £20 each per night.

Hotel Pelirocco, Brighton
10 Regency Square, Brighton BN1 2FG
Voted Brighton’s Independent Hotel of the Year 2019, the Pelirocco offers its guests a choice of 19 individually themed rooms to choose from for a sexy break.
There’s a choice of single, double or triple occupancy here and some choices, whilst fun and quirky, probably won’t get your motors running.
So, if you are up for a sexy staycation then we can recommend a choice of their three sauciest suites.
First up is the flagship Lover’s Lair which comes complete with an eight-foot round bed above which is a canopied mirrored ceiling.
Lie back as you watch your partner throw some moves on the stripper’s pole or head into the adjoining bathroom for some double bubble action.
The deep plunge bath is (just about) big enough for two.
If you fancy something a little less ostentatious then how about the Nookii Room? Named after the adults only game of the same name (included in the room), this space is all about romping good fun.
A cast iron bed with stocks dominates the bedroom and the flocked wallpaper will help put you in the mood for your own rendition of Fifty Shades of Grey.
A double walk-in shower with kinky glass wall view tops off what is a singularly sexy space.
Another option is Koibito Love Lounge, a room which has been based on the infamous Japanese love motels.
More of a sensuous space, it has elegance and class with an accessible balcony overlooking Regency Square and with sea views.
What we love about this venue is that the management know exactly why guests come here so they’ve made it even easier to get your sexy vibes on.
Reception sells a range of six different Love Boxes which contain sex toys, lube and aphrodisiacs to help you get your party started.
Other optional extras you can book with the team include Boudoir Photography (nothing pornographic but artful and erotic) as well as Professional Massage services.
Prices here start at around £130 per night for either the Nookii Room and Koibito Love Lounge or £250 per night for the Lover’s Lair.
It’s a fun place to stay and the management team and staff have helped make this an exceptionally friendly and non-judgemental hotel, particularly if you are here for the sex!

House of Gods, Edinburgh, Scotland
233 Cowgate, Edinburgh EH1 1JQ
From a hotel that believes ‘beige is blasphemy’, it’s no surprise to find that the House of Gods hotel in Edinburgh is an eccentric but sexy little place to stay.
Immersing guests in an extravagant but unapologetic world of luxury and hedonism, their rooms are designed around themes of opulence.
All guaranteed to transport you into a heady world of sexy delight, we think the House of Gods elevates any stay in Edinburgh from regular tourist to visiting King or Queen!
The Cabin Room might be a compact space but invokes the cosy feel of a carriage suite on board the Orient Express. With exotic and mystical touches, an oversized sleigh bed and hidden TV/mirror this is a luxury room guaranteed to make you feel special.
The Classic Room is inspired by the decadence of Versailles and has a hand-built, centrepiece four poster bed, oak panelled feature walls and a marble wet room.
The final suite is a truly premier space to stay and includes a modern Victorian tub in the bedroom, marble wet room, a custom built four poster bed and a cinema projector screen.
The hotel itself has a great reputation in the city for its hipster bars and these ambient mini-clubs are a great place to unwind before your sexy exertions.
All rooms come with hand built cocktail bars which are fully stocked if you’d prefer some privacy.
Guests who book in advance direct through the website also receive complementary butler service to their rooms, bedtime milk and cookies plus a luxury breakfast hamper…as if you needed your arm twisting?!
Prices start at around £175 per night for the Classic.

The Crazy Bear Hotel, Stadhampton, Oxford
Bear Ln, Stadhampton, Oxford OX44 7UR
Our second Cray Bear venue and the original venue which has been operating since 1993.
Just like its newer sister site, this is an eccentric but decadent play palace with an abundance of rooms and grounds to entertain its guests.
A unique adult only oasis, you can expect pretty much the same kind of heady pleasures here as you might at the Beaconsfield venue.
With fine dining on site and sumptuous bedrooms designed solely to titivate the senses, this is another premium hotel perfect for a sexy weekend away.
But, we also wanted to include this hotel for its kinky events which are run throughout the year.
Of particular interest is their Halloween (or Vampire’s) Ball.
A fetish-tastic party, the event features everything from burlesque performances and fire shows to aerial acrobatics and snake contortion. There’s even a sacrificial blood pour and Scream stilt walkers!
Guest DJs and soul singers keep the party pumping long into the night but guests can be guaranteed a relaxing recovery in this plush, five-star hotel.
There are two restaurants on site, English and Thai, serving up a fine dining experience that will refuel you from your night exertions. Or, you could book an authentic Thai massage with a fully trained therapist in acupressure and stretching.
And just like at the Beaconsfield Crazy Bear, there’s a range of suites and rooms to choose from starting at the Tiny and Standard Suites right the way up to Superior and Deluxe.
Got some extra guests coming or just want some more space? Then check out the Garden House; a luxury five-bedroom cottage in the grounds with its own kitchen, lounge, parlour and garden. A one-minute drive from the main house, you even get complimentary chauffeur service!
Though the Stadhampton Crazy Bear is a little more ‘grown-up’ than it’s sister site, it is no less sexy and we think it creates the perfect ambiance for a naughty weekend away.
Lose your inhibitions at this premier Oxfordshire getaway from just £219 per night up to £549 per night (Garden House, based on two people).

The Mandrake, London
20-21 Newman St, London W1T 1PG
Opened in 2017, this upmarket, boutique hotel in the heart of Fitzrovia has an eclectic collection of 30 individual rooms.
From the award-winning penthouse and three decadent suites to the characterful and provocative décor of their standard rooms, the Mandrake offers guests a stylish and sexy stay.
The height of luxury comes at the pinnacle of the hotel with its grandiose penthouse suite. It’s an impressive space with its Veronese marble bed surround and truly unique design but the six person jacuzzi which sits underneath a retractable roof is, for us, the piece de resistance! Seated in a hot whirlpool bath, surrounded by your sexiest friends, champagne flute in hand and looking up at the London sky – it doesn’t get more decadent that this.
It’s certainly attracted plenty of celebrities over the last few years but the price tag for this exclusive getaway might put some people off. Starting at £2000 per night it’s not within everyone’s budget!
Which is why the slightly less expensive Mandrake Suite might be more of interest.
Don’t get us wrong, you are still looking at over £1200 per night to stay here but for guests with a deep pocket and a taste for luxury, this opulent and magical suite beckons seductively.
With a Bedouin style tented bed, open plan bathroom with free-standing claw-foot tub and silver wave marble this is an elite but sexy sanctuary.
Designed with texturally contrasting dark-coloured silks, satins and velvets the room takes its inspiration from the Arabian Nights.
So, whilst the price might be on the steep side, it won’t be the only thing that leaves you breathless in this sexy cocoon of a hotel room.
From its hedonistic destination bars (Waeska and Jurema) serving ethnobotanical cocktails and its South American themed restaurant to the spiritual wellbeing retreat this is an eclectic and stylish London getaway.
A truly bohemian oasis right in the heart of the UK’s capital city, the Mandrake is more of a lifestyle than a simple hotel. Definitely an experience worth saving up for!

Nira Caledonia Hotel, Edinburgh, Scotland
6-10 Gloucester Pl, Stockbridge, Edinburgh EH3 6EF
This unique four-star boutique hotel is located right in the heart of Scotland’s capital city and offers guests Georgian splendour with modern luxury.
The house is the former home of the 19th century essayist and hedonist, John Wilson (a.k.a ‘Christopher North’). A man known for living life to the full, the hotel invokes this ethos and encourages its guests to ‘life live to the full’.
All their accommodation is serene but for a sexy weekend getaway we like the looks of their Jacuzzi Suites.
A characteristic set of three rooms to book from, each has their own deep whirlpool bath and walk-in showers.
Perfect city escapes for lovers looking for intimacy, the Nira Caledonia was one of the first UK hotels to offer its guests a kinky 50 Shades of Grey guest box.

Karma Sanctum, Soho, London
20 Warwick St, London W1B 5NF
The capital’s original ‘rock n roll boutique’ hotel, Karma Sanctum is a posh London hotel with a unique cult charm.
Yes, the rooms are upmarket, elegant and stylish. The place is modern with all the fanciest facilities and the service here is second to none.
If you want to hit a luxury hotel and be treated like royalty then this is the latest place to do it in. Yes, the service here is famed for being ‘extra’ and then some but it’s the sexy rooms you want to know about, right?
Well, the Karma Sanctum has a choice of suites and most are luxurious enough to make you feel a million dollars but if you want to feel sexy then book the Junior Suite and make sure its Room 404.
This elegant room suite is an homage to a modern art deco design with mirrored glass columns, raunchy artwork by one-time vocalist with the Passion Puppets, Ray Burmiston and a freestanding bath with metallic slash curtain.
The hotel isn’t just a sanctuary for sexy weekend breaks but is also home to a brand new restaurant and bar run by the three-time Michelin Star winner, Garry Hollihead. Serving cocktails with a flair and casual Japanese food, the Wild Heart Bar & Shokudo is proving to be a popular venue all of its own.
There’s even a 45-seat subterranean cinema at the hotel which can be hired out for private showings.
The Karma Sanctum is also well known to cigar aficionados with the Rooftop Terrace being an infamous place to be served with a world-renowned Davidoff stogie.
With its alfresco hydro spa hot tub and private bar, the terrace is frequented by some fascinating names and famous faces.
A place to get dressed up for, the Sanctum is a suave and sophisticated hotel that has been celebrated as one of London’s must-stay destinations by Carnaby Magazine.

The Attic, Derby
270 Osmaston Rd, Derby DE23 8LD
And finally, we have The Attic Experience in the East Midlands; a swingers club that accommodates overnight stays.
Maybe not exactly like a hotel or a holiday but certainly somewhere sexy enough to really get your freak on!
This 43-room sex club in Derby isn’t a members only club so they welcome guests who are visiting the area.
A sprawling warren of themed rooms and specialist areas, you can enjoy plenty of activities from roleplay in the school room and kinky BDSM in the dungeon to indoor/outdoor fun. Yes, there’s a space with a tent pitched up so you can get some action in under the canvas.
And, if you’ve ever wanted to try some dogging then there’s even a room with a real car parked up inside! Perfect for kinky couples who want to be watched.
The six-person spa tub is usually pretty popular but there are plenty of nooks and holes for couples who want to play more privately as well.
Of course, swinging is on the menu and if you haven’t yet experienced the lifestyle then you may well be approached by other guests. However, club rules are pretty clear on this matter. There’s no touching without permission and no means no. There is certainly no expectation that you have to have sex with others….unless you want to.
If you want to arrange an overnight stay at The Attic then get in contact with the club before your visit and always check the website for details of any events or parties.
Just one of many UK swingers clubs, if you want to know more about these kind of sites then check out our guide to the Lifestyle Scene in the UK.

33 Roland Gardens, South Kensington, London SW7 3PF
A city hotel for the free-spirited, Blakes was the first boutique London retreat and retains the same unconventional and sophisticated charm as it did when it first opened.
Home to London’s ‘best kept secret’ bar, Blakes Below, the venue is still a popular mecca for those who eschew the mainstream.
Their chic Chelsea brasserie offers up some great fusion food for a vibrant mix of Asian and Italian flavours and styles.
But it’s the bedrooms here which can really thrill the senses and although all are far from standard it’s the Signature and Hempel Suites we think offer up a sexy retreat.
The Hempel Cardinal is a fantasy room straight out of a novel and its rich red décor with four-poster canopy bed is perfect to transport you away from modern living.
The bathroom has a sexy two-seater slipper bath and is rich with deep red and gold design.
What about the Prague Signature Suite with its mirrored headboard and sumptuous cool grey design?
Again, the bathroom is equally as inviting for two with its mirrored wall and sleek marble tub.
In all, Blakes remains a sexy retreat for couples visiting London who want more from a hotel than just a comfortable bed and a late night bar.
All guests also get access to the exclusive South Kensington fitness and wellbeing club whose facilities include a traditional wood-panelled Russian banya, Turkish Hammam and Nordic sauna.
