While Prague doesn’t advertise itself as a European sin city, it’s been quietly building a rep as one of the continent’s most indulgent destinations for sex, escorts, erotic massage and everything in between. It’s also stag city central.
Unlike the red-lit windows of Amsterdam or the blatant showbiz of Berlin, Prague plays it cool. No flashing signs shouting “SEX HERE“… just a discreet, well-oiled industry humming behind closed doors. From escort agencies that actually show up (sometimes even looking like their photos) to priváty tucked inside normal apartment blocks… the Czech capital offers plenty of ways to enjoy yourself: legally, affordably, and with minimal drama (as long as you follow some simple rules).
This guide dives deep into the realities of sex and adult entertainment in Prague. We’ll cover pretty much everything you need to know about finding sex in the famed City of 100 Spires.
Prague’s Adult Entertainment
Sex and Prostitution In Prague
Prague has long been a magnet for sex tourism, fuelled by cheap beer and the (mistaken) belief that prostitution is fully legal here. Sorry guys, it’s not actually that simple.
In reality, the Czech Republic takes an abolitionist approach to the oldest trade in the land: selling sex is neither illegal nor explicitly legal… it exists in a gray area, a legal vacuum if you will.
You won’t get in trouble for paying or charging for consensual adult fun.
However, organized prostitution (brothels, pimping) is outlawed, a ban dating back to 1922.
This means there are no licensed bordellos or red-light districts by law… and yet we only need to open our eyes to see that plenty operate under the radar. Politicians have floated various legalization and regulation plans, including licensing sex workers, mandatory health checks and designated zones, but as things stand, they haven’t followed through.
Today, roughly 13,000–15,000 people work in prostitution in Czechia, and many of them are based in Prague.
Sex-work here thrives in an unofficial capacity: strip clubs double as brothels, “massage salons” offer more than back rubs, and independent escorts meet clients in private apartments (called “priváty”).
Culturally, we’d say the Czechs are fairly liberal. Surveys show most locals prefer prostitution to be regulated rather than outlawed. And while Prague’s scene isn’t as openly commercial as some of the cities we’ve covered here on Euro Sex Scene, it certainly has a reputation for some of the more liberal entertainment on offer.
The EU has been nudging countries to adopt the Nordic approach (criminalize buyers, not sellers), but Czech officials are noticeably lukewarm on that. In late 2023 the European Parliament recommended punishing clients, but Czech leaders pushed back… even within the ruling coalition, many argue you can’t eradicate an age-old practice and that treating all sex workers as “victims” oversimplifies things.
There’s also a vocal camp (the Pirate Party) advocating full legalization with labour rights. So far, no new laws have passed. Prague’s sex industry remains unregulated and de facto tolerated.
Escort Industry
To the surprise of practically nobody, there’s a large and booming escort industry in Prague.
And since open solicitation is technically illegal, most connections happen via websites and agencies. In fact, there are nearly 200 escort/service websites serving the Czech Republic (up from just 45 in the late ‘90s!).
Many escorts operate through either agencies or as independents advertising on directories. Agencies like Prague Ladies, Escort Prague 24h, etc, act as middlemen… they have glossy sites with model galleries, and you call/WhatsApp a dispatcher to arrange a meeting (incall at the escort’s flat or outcall to your hotel).
These agencies cater to tourists, usually speak English, and might send a driver with the girl to your location. The upside is convenience and (the illusion of) reliability; the downside is you’ll pay a premium and sometimes get a bait-and-switch.
Oh yes, the bait and switch is rife here. Seasoned punters report that fake photos or misrepresented looks are basically commonplace. So, to avoid disappointment, consider checking forums (like Nornikov in Czech, or international punter boards) for reviews of specific girls/agents.
The Independent Scene
Prague’s local independent escorts often advertise on classified sites.
A major hub is Sex-Czech.cz and its sub-sites… these are your typical Czech-language directories listing priváty (brothel apartments) and independent providers, complete with phone numbers and services.
Another is Annonce.cz’s adult section, a leftover from old-school newspaper classifieds, where freelancers post terse ads (in Czech) hunting for willing Johns. It’s all a bit of a mash-mash, and you’ll probably need to know some basic Czech if you want to cut out the middleman of a tourist-friendly agency.
Escort Sites and Agencies
We had a dig around and here are some of the more reputable sources of Prague escorts:
MyFairLady – Agency with an English website (https://pragueescorts.org). They have a reputation for reliability and actual photos, and will send girls to your hotel. They publish a schedule of available escorts on their books, and most of them (unsurprisingly) are either local or from Eastern Europe. Current hourly rates start at €160.
Escorts.cz – Czech-run directories aggregating ads from various providers. Expect a mix of independents and agency listings. Many listings are in Czech, but the terms are fairly obvious (“orál, anál, escort servis” don’t need much translation, right?).
EuroGirlsEscort & Devozki – International directories that include Prague. EuroGirlsEscort shows many Prague companions (mostly agency girls) with reviews. Devozki also has some Prague profiles.
Nornik Forum – Norník is Czech slang for “punter.” This trusty forum is gold for those who can actually find their way around it (hello Goog Translate). Locals share some deliciously frank reviews of girls, including price, services, and whether the photo was accurate. Basically, it’s uncensored look into the scene from the client side.
Typical Escort Prices
In general, we’d say Prague escorts are quite affordable compared to Western Europe.
A typical independent might charge 1,500–2,000 CZK (€60–80) for an hour in-call, whereas agencies might be 3,000–4,000 CZK (€120–160) for that hour (of which the escort keeps half or less).
Some independents are open to shorter sessions (30 minutes for 1,000 CZK) which agencies usually don’t offer. Most, though, will advertise by the hour.
Prague Brothels
How can brothels exist if brothels are illegal?
Welcome to Prague 😏.
The trick is in the name… establishments simply bill themselves as “night clubs,” “cabarets,” “private escorts,” etc.
As long as there’s a veneer of “we’re just a bar/club,” authorities turn a blind eye. A 2021 BBC investigation found at least 200 brothels in the Prague area… all technically illegal, yet openly offering sex services.
It’s impossible for us to list all of these tiny establishments, but we can name some of the most famous venues since they’re basically operating in the open, and have been for years.
None more notable than…
ShowPark
Bubenské nábř. 306/13, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice
With the ominous tagline: “You may do everything, but do not have to do anything“… there’s little to disguise what’s going on here, in Prague’s most (in)famous brothel complex.
Located in a former market hall in Holešovice, it features dozens of tiny rooms (around 58 rooms in Market’s case) lining hallways. You pay an entry fee (about 450 CZK for a 24-hour pass or buy discounted multi-entry cards) and then you’re free to wander.
Behind each room’s door awaits a topless girl beckoning you in… each sets her own menu and price, negotiated on the spot. Services depend on the girl, but full sex is on offer with most (they call it a “show” on the website).
How do they get around the local laws?
By renting the space apparently, and allowing what happens behind closed doors to remain a separate issue.
The Sweet Paradise Clubs
Sweet Paradise (Slezská 75, Prague 3) and Sweet Paradise Dolly (Chelčického 5, Prague 3).
These two sister clubs in the Žižkov district are among Prague’s longest-running brothels.
They brand themselves as “night clubs”, but they just happen to have a crew of friendly sex workers on hand.
Beer is cheap, entry is often free or a token fee, and you can sit and chat with the ladies over a drink. When you’re ready, take your pick for a private session in one of the on-premise rooms. Sweet Paradise typically has 10–20 girls available nightly, most being Czech/Slovak.
Expect to pay around 1,500 CZK for a half hour, 2,000–2,500 CZK for an hour if the latest reports are anything to go by.
AAA Exclusive Club
Šrobárova 6, Prague 10 (near Flora)
It’s essentially a large villa converted into a multi-floor adult club.
They have everything: a bar with stage shows, private rooms themed like a gym and classroom (so we hear), a massage area, even karaoke and billiards. The concept is that you come for a “night out” and end up with “extra services.”
It’s more of a pricy strip club with extras than a conventional brothel, but they are not shy in advertising their VIP escort services… and that’s what gets most of the punters through the door.
Smaller Priváty & Underground Brothels
Beyond the famous names, Prague is full of tiny private apartments (priváty) that function as micro-brothels. These typically have 2–4 girls working in a flat, managed by a booker.
You show up to a normal apartment building, ring the bell, and voila… there’s a mini brothel inside. Some are nicer (with a clean waiting room and shower), some are very basic, just holes-in-the-wall built for fucking and sucking. Prices are usually around 1,500 CZK/hour.
RIP to the World’s Only Free Brothel!
Here’s a strange local tidbit for you…
Prague once had the world’s first (and only) “free” brothel, Big Sister, where clients paid nothing… except for consenting to have their encounters live-streamed on the internet. 🙈
Between 2005 and 2010, Big Sister offered free sex to customers while millions watched online, effectively funding it via the exhibitionist twist.
Alas, Big Sister closed its doors in 2010, so you missed your chance!
Red Light Districts
One of the first questions randy tourists ask upon landing: “Where’s the Red Light District?”
Well, horn dogs, unlike Amsterdam’s De Wallen or Hamburg’s Reeperbahn, Prague doesn’t have a single designated RLD.
Prostitution here has traditionally been scattered across various areas… it moves around as the authorities apply pressure.
That said, there are a few hotspots and strolls historically known for the world’s oldest trade:
Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) – The broad boulevard in Prague’s New Town used to be ground zero for street prostitution in the 1990s and early 2000s. Back then, you couldn’t walk past the neon-lit “Cabaret” signs without ladies (and the occasional ladyboy) propositioning you for a “good time.” Nowadays, overt street solicitation on Wenceslas has decreased significantly. The city cleaned up the area’s image somewhat, and many street workers moved elsewhere or online.
However, late at night, you may still encounter freelance sex workers or pickpockets (sometimes one and the same) around the lower half of Wenceslas and on side streets like Perlová or Opletalova.
Ve Smečkách Street – This small street running parallel to Wenceslas Square is infamous and pretty tawdry late at night. It’s home to Darling Cabaret, Extasy, and a couple of other late-night clubs. That makes it Prague’s mini red light strip by default. After midnight, you’ll see groups of guys on stag dos stumbling here for one more drink and dance.
Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí) – Surprise! The biggest outdoor red-light scene currently is actually around Charles Square, a large square (really a park) in Prague 2, a bit south of the center. Most reports suggest Charles Square has the most street sex-workers these days… and it’s a pretty dire scene if we’re being honest.
Plastered tourists occasionally go for it thinking it’s cheap and fun, and usually it’s fine but… you’re rolling the dice for robbery setups, STDs, or simply a bad time.
Overall, Prague’s street prostitution has been declining due to the rise of priváty and online hookups. To put it bluntly, there are much safer ways of getting laid than cruising around Charles Square in the dead of night.
The Price of Sex in Prague
Prague is relatively cheap on the European sex market.
Bad news: you’ll still spend more than on those beers – sorry!.
- Street Prostitutes: This is the bargain basement, as you’d expect. A quick deal on the street can be as low as 500 CZK for oral sex and around 1000 CZK for intercourse. Not recommended, at all. 😬
- Private Apartments (Priváty) & Independents: Most incall escorts or privát girls in Prague charge around 1500 CZK for a half-hour, 2000–2500 CZK for a full hour. According to the most recent local data, many priváty list 30 minutes at 800–1500 CZK, 1 hour for 1300–1500 CZK on average. obviously, there will be variation depending on the calibre of the escort.
- Brothel/Night Club Prices: Here the prices inflate because you’re also covering the venue’s cut. Typical hourly rate in a Prague club is 2000–4500 CZK, and the sex worker only gets around half of it (so tips are always appreciated!).
- Escort Outcalls (hotel visits): Common rates are around 1500–3000 CZK per hour for outcall. Not including the taxi fare.
- Erotic Massage Prices: We’ll detail massage later, but budget 1500–2000 CZK for a standard erotic massage hour, more if you add extras or a second masseuse.
Prague’s prices are lower than Western Europe’s big hubs (London, Paris, Amsterdam) where an hour escort is often €200–€300.
They’re on par or slightly more than some Eastern European places (we’d say Warsaw or Budapest might be similar or a tad cheaper for independents).
However, note that due to increased tourism and demand, Prague’s prices have crept up a bit from early 2000s levels, especially since Covid. It’s no longer the ultra-dirt-cheap paradise it once was, but it’s still a value destination for sex.
Erotic Massage Shops
So, if you’re craving a sensual experience that’s a bit more “hands-on, lights off” (but not full service), erotic massage is the way to go.
Prague has a thriving erotic massage scene, operating quite openly.
These salons are legal… they register as massage services… and tend to be more above-board than brothels.
Full sex is usually not provided, and if you outright ask for it, some places will politely decline (they’re keeping within legal limits), others might upsell you to a different arrangement.
But generally, don’t expect intercourse at a legit erotic spa. Instead, you might get things like topless massage, body slide (she rubs her nude body all over yours, AKA nuru massage if they use a special slippery gel), prostate massage if you’re into that, and mutual touch to some extent (light touching of her is often allowed, but always ask first). Happy endings are fairly common lol.
Prague has dozens of options, but here are a few renowned ones:
Salon MATAHARI
One of Prague’s most famous erotic massage spots.
Located at Truhlářská 23, Prague 1 (near Old Town Square). This place is frequently top-rated. The vibe is spa-like: dim lights, soft music, incense. The masseuses are stunning and well-trained in the art of Tease (with a capital T). They offer tantra massage, body-to-body, couples massage, etc. The website is also slick and polished with regular updates of who is available (and when).
Prices are on the higher end (around 2400 CZK/hr).
Masáže Princess
https://masaze-princess.sluzby.cz/cenik
A popular erotic massage studio at Mánesova 83, Vinohrady (Prague 2).
You can choose from different massages: Classic Erotic, Nuru (with special gel), “Princess” massage which might include some fetish elements, etc. They often have young, friendly masseuses – and they cater to women clients too (some masseuses are open to female customers or couples). Prices: 2000–2500 CZK/hour.
They have a second location in New Town (Mezibranská street) as well.
Chilli Salon
A newer entry making waves, located in Karlín (Thámova 1, Prague 8).
They have a very stylish studio (behind a discreet entrance) just a few meters from Křižíkova metro. What sets them apart: they offer BDSM-flavoured massages and lessons for those who want a “spicy” twist. You can get a standard erotic massage or opt for a bit of light bondage, dominance play integrated into it.
The pricing menu is a little ambiguous, but 1 hour of body-to-body sliding starts at 2300 CZK.
Other Adult Massage Options
Where to even start?
There are dozens of erotic massage shops and outcall services advertising in Prague.
Consider Tantra Spa Prague (in New Town) for a more spiritual tantric experience; Spa for Two (Sweet Massage) in Prague 5, is supposedly great for couples – they have a big Jacuzzi and do a romantic package; Luxury Massage Prague in Vinohrady is known for model-tier masseuses and accordingly high prices.
There’s also a chain called Erotic Massage Angels that operate out of various apartments, offering outcall to your hotel as well.
You can use any of the classified or directory sites to find listings of independent providers, and these will typically have the lowest cost, although YMMV.
Sex Clubs In Prague
Swinger clubs and fetish parties do exist here, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag…
Swingers Club Nirvana
Vršovické náměstí 1012/4, Prague 10 (Vršovice)
https://www.nirvanaswingerclub.com
We’ll start with Nirvana, which is probably Prague’s best-known swingers club, offering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for anybody in The Lifestyle.
Inside, it’s a decent-sized space with themed rooms (a romping room with mattresses, a BDSM corner, a sauna/jacuzzi depending on the night).
Nirvana hosts a lot of themed nights – lingerie night, gangbang night, bi-friendly night, etc. You can check their social media for a revolving schedule of what’s to come.
Recent reviews suggest the crowd is generally above 30, a mix of Czech regulars and expats/tourists. On a good night, you might find 5-10 couples. On a slow night, well, you might end up just chatting in the jacuzzi.
Couples usually get in for around 1000 CZK, single men maybe 1500-2000 CZK, single ladies often free or a token fee.
Club Desire / Wellness Desire
Pilská 20/2, Prague 14 (Hostavice)
Desire is a bit out of the center, and as the name suggests, it combines a wellness spa and swingers club.
Picture a suburban house turned into a little pleasure palace: they have a sauna, hot tub, and several play rooms. It all looks very jazzy and modern.
It’s a private membership setup, but visitors can join events by signing up online or calling. They do a lot of events for specific audiences, like “couples only” nights (obviously their bread and butter), gang-bang parties (where a limited number of single men can attend), LGBT-friendly events and so on.
In terms of other swinger options in Prague, well, there used to be a club called Paradiso and one called Fantasy, but those have either closed or turned into private meetup groups.
Bunker
Štúrova 1701/55, 142 00 Praha 4-Krč
A club with a capacity for around 100 people, Bunker is a popular swinging club in the city. It is a walk-up venue and you do not need to be either a member of make an advance booking. However, it is recommended that you come within the first few hours of opening (not including Wednesdays).
Lublanska
Lublaňská 1916/17, 120 00 Nové Město
Offering something a little different to a traditional swingers club, the Lublanska is a cross between a wellness spa and massage centre with an FKK.
It’s a small club but has some nice facilities including a large whirlpool, sauna and steam cabin. In addition, there are private rooms and beds as well as showers. Guests are encouraged to be nude but is not mandatory.
It offers a more relaxing way to explore the swinging lifestyle away from the nightclub atmosphere of some other clubs. It is a sedate experience which seems to be more popular with mature swingers as well as some younger singles.
Often, swingers in Prague network via SDC or FetLife and then meet at these clubs or at private parties.
We’d suggest you join SDC and start your search there if swinging is your jam.
What about the fetish club scene?
Tartaros Club
If you’re a serious BDSM enthusiast, Tartaros is a private BDSM playclub in Prague (formerly near Černý Most, Prague 9).
It’s not a walk-in public venue; it’s typically rented for events or private parties. They have fully equipped dungeons, cages, swings and other kinky accessories. To get in, you usually need to know someone… or check FetLife for events.
Sinless Parties
Sinless is a monthly (or bi-monthly) fetish/sex party held at different venues.
Not sure if these are still going, but they certainly used to be pretty popular.
Dress code is usually fetish (latex, leather) or at least all-black elegant. If you’re curious, check expat forums or FetLife for “Sinless Prague”… they usually post events openly. The crowd tends to be a mix of expats, locals, and sometimes international fetish models.
Prague Fetish Weekend (PFW)
This is an annual event, typically in autumn.
It’s basically a series of fetish parties, workshops, and performances culminating in a big fetish night at a club (often at Cross Club or a similar venue that can host alternative events). PFW is a real blast… latex fashion shows, shibari (rope bondage) performances, stalls selling gear, etc.
If you happen to be in town when it’s on, it’s a must for kinksters. It’s open to public (18+ and with proper attire/tickets)
Prague Strip Clubs
No guide to Prague’s adult scene is complete without the strip clubs… or cabarets, as they’re often called here.
The strip club culture in Prague is largely geared towards tourists, especially stag parties. You’ll find most of them in and around Wenceslas Square and Old Town.
These crowds are impossible to miss on the weekend; the strip clubs act as lighthouses guiding the wobbly legs to shipwreck. 😂
In Prague strip clubs, the common setup is free entry or low entry fee (some places charge 200 CZK entry, many let you in free and make money off pricey drinks). You sit at a table or bar, order a drink, and watch continuous stage shows. The girls will do pole dances, acrobatics, maybe a shower show or themed costumes. Topless is standard; full nudity on stage is common too.
The real action is private dances, where a dancer will approach you for a chat/flirt and eventually ask if you’d like a private show. These happen in booths or back rooms. A typical lap dance (one song, no touching or limited touching) might cost 1000 CZK or so.
Some clubs have a one-song minimum, others sell 10-minute blocks.
Notable clubs that pull in the punters include:
Darling Cabaret
Ve Smečkách 32, Prague 1
https://www.darlingcabaret.com
The largest and most famous strip club in Prague.
Darling has one of the best known reputations in Prague for putting on excellent shows.
The venue provides erotic shows that are well-choreographed and are both imaginative and, at times, daring. Highlights include the Body Shot Show, the Latex Show and the Lesbian Show. There is also a regular live sex show which is not to be missed.
The downside? Expensive drinks and aggressive upselling. Darlings is NOT cheap. A beer could be 300 CZK, a mixed drink 500+, and if you let a girl talk you into a bottle of bubbly, it could be hundreds of euros.
Goldfingers
Václavské nám. 5 (in Ambassador Hotel basement), Prague 1
Goldfingers is another Prague institution. Tucked underneath the Ambassador Hotel on Wenceslas Square, it’s been seducing stag groups and solo degenerates for decades… and doing a bloody good job of it.
Shows run throughout the night, and they’re genuinely entertaining (for a strip club, anyway). It’s not just bored girls swaying to house music and getting their tits out. Prices are similar to Darling – high.
One bonus here: Goldfingers is one of the few clubs in Prague where you can pre-book stag packages online. These include stuff like a “fake arrest and lap dance interrogation” for the groom… which, if nothing else, makes for an unforgettable group photo. Just don’t tell his missus.
Goldfingers also opened a second club called Golden Eye / Chickz a short walk away (address Václavské nám. 56). Slightly smaller, but just as glitzy.
Hot Peppers
Václavské nám. 21, Prague 1
Hot Peppers sits right in Wenceslas Square, practically under the Duplex club (great if you want to club upstairs then slip to the strip club downstairs). It’s a more intimate venue compared to Darling/Goldfingers.
They tout themselves as having the “best stag night in Prague”, which, of course, is the title that all these establishments are desperate striving for. 🤑
Typically, entry is free or cheap, and they often lure people in by saying “first drink free” or “no cover.” Once inside, expect a cozy lounge, a central stage, and friendly dancers who speak some pretty decent English.
There are between 30 and 50 showgirls performing at the venue each day providing table and private dances in addition to choreographed shows.
NOTE:
If you venture into Prague’s outskirts, you might find tiny night clubs with signs simply saying “NON-STOP” or “CABARET” – yep, these are local strip bars, usually very small and cater to truckers or such. They can be a bit sketchy for outsiders and often the girls are from the same region (less variety).
Honestly, if you’re here for a short time, sticking to the main clubs in Prague 1 is advisable. You’ll pay a premium, but it’s still cheaper than the strip bars in other major European cities.
Local Sex Shops and Adult Stores
Whether you need to pick up some protection, a playful toy, or a kinky Czech souvenir for your long-suffering wife (handcuffs that say “Made in Prague”?), the city has you covered with plenty of sex shops.
In fact, you might be surprised by just how many adult stores you’ll casually walk past in the city center.
The market is dominated by one big chain and complemented by a few independent shops and quirky boutiques.
Erotic City (the big chain)
You can’t miss Erotic City, they’re literally everywhere (over 85 stores across Czechia and Slovakia)
Their bright yellow-purple logo stores stock everything: vibrators, dildos, lingerie, bondage gear, lubricants, erotic games, DVDs (if you still fancy a physical porno), you name it.
Wenceslas Square area: An Erotic City store on Žitná 45 (just off the south end of Wenceslas)– a decent sized shop, easy to pop into, with friendly staff.
Palladium Mall: Yes, there’s an Erotic City in a shopping mall! Palladium (at Náměstí Republiky) hosts one on the top floor, somewhat hidden among regular retail shops. It’s actually quite discreet if memory recalls.
Old Town: There used to be one near Dlouhá street, not sure if still there. But with so many locations, use Google Maps – search “Erotic City” and you’ll find the nearest within 1 km likely.
Specialty branch: There’s an Erotic City SM & Fetish store in Smíchov (address Beleidla 1, Prague 5) that caters to the BDSM crowd specifically. There you’ll find leather outfits, collars, whips, chains… the more hardcore inventory for those that way inclined.
Smaller Sex Shops
As for independent sex shops, there are a few other notable stores:
Lovestore & Hugostore: These are modern boutique-y sex shops focusing on high-end toys and a classy environment. One is in Vinohrady and one in Karlín. I suppose they’re more akin to a feminist sex shop vibe – very welcoming and design-centric. Vanilla. Great if you want a quality Euro toy brand like Lelo or Fun Factory.
Room 2 Adults: A stylish shop near Náměstí Míru that doubles as a coffee shop sometimes (yes, you can sip latte and browse dildos). Very chilled.
Sex Machines Museum Gift Shop: The Sex Machines Museum (Old Town, near Charles Bridge) is a tourist attraction displaying antique erotic contraptions. Its gift shop sells some quirky items and standard toys. Entry to the museum is roughly 350 CZK – some go just to giggle at the exhibits (like 19th-century vibrators and a “cycling for orgasms” machine), but you can access the gift area likely without paying full museum admission if you ask. More of a novelty stop.
Prague doesn’t have the red light souvenirs like Amsterdam’s penis-shaped lollipops on every corner, but you can find some fun take-homes here…
Other Notable Adult Attractions
Yes, the list goes on and on…
Here are some extra tidbits and unique experiences for the adventurous:
Sex Machines Museum
Melantrichova 476 /18, 110 00 Staré Město
https://sexmachinesmuseum.com/home/
Mentioned above, this is a museum of erotic contraptions smack in Old Town (Melantrichova street).
It’s a quirky tourist attraction showcasing hundred-year-old vibrators, antique pornographic films, and bizarre devices meant to enhance pleasure or prevent “immorality.” It’s not a live show, but it’s definitely adult-only.
The museum takes about an hour to walk through and costs around 350 CZK.
Kino (Adult Cinemas)
There used to be a few adult cinemas in Prague… basically just places where you pay to watch porn films on a big screen, often frequented by men hoping for some action in the audience. One known spot was Kino Lucerna Erotic (not the historic Lucerna theater, but a side one).
These have largely died out in the age of internet porn.
Escort Tours / Guides
A unique concept that popped up recently: tours that delve into Prague’s underbelly.
For example, a “Prague Sex Tour” led by a former sex worker, showing places of interest, has been touted by Vice. Companies like Alternative Prague or some independent guides offer walking tours focusing on prostitution history, drug culture, and so on.
Not exactly sexy, but fascinating nonetheless.
Make a Porn Cameo Appearance!
Prague is sometimes nicknamed the Porn Capital of Europe, and with good reason.
Major studios (legal ones) film here regularly.
And with that comes opportunities arise for visitors to attend a public casting or be an extra in a scene (e.g., being in the background of a softcore party scene). Yep, we’re not joking!
There was once even a package tour where you could visit a porn set or meet pornstars, but that’s not common.
However, there are pornstar escort services… some Czech adult film actresses quietly offer escort meetings at a premium. If you have a favorite Czech star and deep pockets, it’s not impossible to arrange a private session, though that typically happens under the radar.
Are there any great adult services or attractions in Prague that we’ve missed? Have you experienced any of those above and want to leave a review?
We’d love to hear your thoughts!
