Austria’s FKK Clubs: Top Sex Parties & Full Directory

Updated on:

Which are the best FKK clubs in Austria?

FKK sauna clubs offer a different experience from traditional brothels or escorts in Austria. Similar to a swinger’s club, these venues feature nudity, open sexual activity, and wellness treatments, creating a mix of relaxation and adult entertainment. Unlike a typical spa, FKK clubs function more like sex clubs, with freelance sex workers freely roaming the venue, available for personal services. Initially popularized in Germany in the 1980s, the FKK scene has become a significant part of Austria’s adult industry.

In this guide, we explore Austria’s top FKK sauna clubs, compare them to their German counterparts, and provide a full list of the country’s best venues.

What Is An FKK Club?

FKK stands for the German word freikörperkultur, which translates to Free Body Culture. Ostensibly a lifestyle movement that champions naturism, the FKK movement is different from the term FKK clubs.

FKK clubs are not just places where nudists can spend time together but have come to be synonymous with sex clubs. They are set up like a sauna club where guests can enjoy all of the facilities but also to pay for sex on-site with a prostitute.

Communal spaces at an FKK club can get frisky with some guests opting not to take their hostess to a private room.

They are typically staffed with an array of women who are naked or topless, whilst guests can remain robed or in towels if they wish (though FKK purists believe this is against the naturist concept). Some clubs allow couples and single women but some are gentlemen only.

The pricing structure varies by club, with some charging a fixed fee, which includes sex, but most have an admission charge, and sex is then paid for on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis, similar to running up a tab that you settle on leaving.

How Austrian Clubs Compare to Germany’s FKKs

The original FKK clubs were setup in Germany in the 1980s. Since then more than 500 such clubs have been opened in Germany (we covered many of them in our German FKK guide).

The concept is popular in surrounding countries, and FKK clubs are located in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Austria.

By contrast, Austria has far fewer FKK clubs than Germany, but they are similar in design and format. Certainly Germany has the edge in terms of sheer number of FKK clubs but also in terms of size, with most of the Austrian venues being markedly smaller than their German counterparts.

As in Germany, prostitution is legalised and fully regulated, which means that the ladies must have compulsory medical checks and carry an up-to-date health pass.

Best FKK Clubs in Austria

There are only a dozen or so FKK clubs in Austria, and you can find a complete list below of all the main venues; however, our choice of the best that the country has to offer are:

Vienna

Vienna has a handful of options for FKK clubs, but two venues have the edge for providing guests with a consistently better experience.

Goldentime

Karl-Gunsam-Gasse 11, 1110 Vienna

www.goldentime.at

The Goldentime Sauna Club has an excellent reputation and provides visitors to Vienna with a great experience of an Austrian FKK club.

A modern and vibrant club, the venue covers 2500 sq m over two floors and offers the services of 20+ freelance prostitutes. In places, the club resemble more of a nightclub but the Goldentime does have great spa facilities as well as good entertainment:

  • 3 Finnish saunas
  • 25 private bedrooms
  • Solarium (extra fees apply)
  • Outdoor space with heated pool, showers, summer bar, hammocks, beds and sauna
  • TV room
  • Lounge and bar
  • Performance area and stage with pole for erotic dancers
  • Self service buffet
  • Erotic cinema
  • Sports and therapeutic massage (extra charges apply)

Admission costs for the club are €70 for women and €90 for men (cash only). Fees include the use of most facilities (see above), food and non-alcoholic drinks plus a secure locker. All services with a prostitute must also be paid for separately.

It is worth checking their website of attending as there are sometimes special events. If you plan to use the venue often then it is also worth purchasing a seven-day ticket which allows you to visit up to seven days and works out at €65 per visit saving women €35 and men €175.

Goldentime also has a sister club in Linz-Leonding. It has a similar set-up and facilities, and customer reviews are equally complimentary (see below).

Remember that not all sauna clubs are deemed FKK clubs if they do not embrace the FKK concept.
