i-Kandi, based in Limerick, is a private members club with leisure facilities and wine bar on the premises. A swinger’s club that accepts members of all ages, backgrounds and interest, the prime focus of the club is on being open-minded.
What facilities are available at i-Kandi?
Club Carte Blanche
Open on Thursday and Saturday nights for members only, Carte Blanche is an anything goes, members only nightclub. Operating a simple policy that women are in charge of an anything goes attitude, the club provides a high-energy and alternative party atmosphere. The lounge and club plays host to plenty of adult play and attracts a big crowd from its membership.
What sets the i-Kandi members aside from other clubs in Ireland is a shared love for the finer things in life, including fine wine. The wine bar at i-Kandi is one of the draws and also helps lubricate those last minute nerves that the uninitiated might be feeling.
There is a ‘spa’ at the i-Kandi club which is open for non-members on a daily pass. As well as the coffee lounge you can find a sauna, sunbeds and laid back relaxing play areas in the back room. You do not get access to either the wine bar or back room on Thursday and Saturdays as this is for members only.
Day passes are charged at €22 with student prices ranging from €10-€15 depending on when you come. Multi-visit discounts are available with reduced rates for your 2nd visit, 3rd visit etc. within 10 days of your first visit.
If you just want to use the sunbed then you can pop in to use the facilities for just €5 for 20 minutes.
Who is welcome at i-Kandi?
i-Kandi welcomes couples, singles as well as people who identify as LGBTQ. The club particularly welcomes individuals are non-conformist, creative, edgy, arty and sexy. Members vary in age from mid twenties to late fifties, generally affluent and accomplished with creative and open personalities. Though the team at i-Kandi suggest that all members are fit and attractive, we’ll leave that kind of subjective judgement to you.

On club nights, the leisure facilities are extended for members until the club closes. Taxis for female members are run on Thursday and Saturday nights with a private hire taxi company back to Limerick. A trusted and fully registered service, this is provided free of charge for members only.
The first couple to arrive every Thursday receive a free bottle of house wine to help get the party started.
The club regularly run events during the week which can affect the opening hours and prices so do check the website in advance of paying them a visit. Special occasions such as Halloween, Valentines and Christmas can all affect the venue’s availability as well as dress code.
How much does membership cost at i-Kandi
Membership is free at i-Kandi, however you will need to apply for pre-approval if you plan to attend a members only evening. To gain pre-approval, you will need to take a full length photograph of yourself (and partner if applying as a couple) each holding a piece of paper which has your full name and the words ‘i-Kandi’ written on it. A nude photo is recommended but swimwear or underwear is acceptable.
Once you send this to the club organisers with your completed application form you will be vetted and advised within 48 hours of a successful application.
If approved, you will need to bring photo ID with you on your first visit.
Single males may be required to pay a membership depending on the current membership levels. You will be quoted this at the time of your application.
Admission fees for events are then charged at the daily going rate of €22.
How to find i-Kandi
The club is located inside an industrial building situated at 1, Eastway Business Park, Ballysimon Rd, Crossagalla, Limerick. A 10-15 minute drive east of the city of Limerick, the location is discreet with plenty of parking.
